Vernon Parish Sheriff’s Office Recent Arrests

Billy Joe Lampin, age 61, of Leesville, was arrested and charged with one count No Proof of Insurance, one count Resisting an Officer, one count Flight from an Officer, one count of General Speed Law, one count of Aggravated Obstruction of a Highway, and one count No License Plate Light. Bond was set at $9,467. Lampin remains in the Vernon Parish Jail.

Nathan Todd Dowden, age 37, of Florien, was arrested on two outstanding Bench Warrants. Bond has not been set. Dowden remains in the Vernon Parish Jail.

Jacquelyn Sigler, age 42, of Dry Prong, was arrested and charged with one count of Cyberstalking. Bond was set at $3,500. Sigler posted bond and was released.

Melissa A. Jernigan, age 45, of Leesville, was arrested on two outstanding Bench Warrants. Bond has not been set. Jernigan remains in the Vernon Parish Jail.

Robert Leland Enebrad, age 53, of Leesville, was arrested and charged with one count Improper Telephone Communications. Bond was set at $2,500. Enebrad remains in the Vernon Parish Jail.
