Leesville High School celebrates tradition and community during 2026 Homecoming parade

Leesville High School welcomed former students, classmates and community members back to town for its 2026 Homecoming celebration, bringing together generations of alumni to reconnect and celebrate shared memories.

Each year, former classmates return to Leesville, some after decades away and others who have remained close to home. Homecoming provides an opportunity to reconnect with friends, share stories, celebrate accomplishments and remember the experiences that helped shape their lives.

The Vernon Parish School Board highlighted the importance of the traditions and relationships formed during students’ years at Leesville High School.

From classrooms and hallways to football games and school activities, those shared experiences have created friendships and memories that continue long after graduation.

The 2026 Leesville High School Homecoming Parade served as part of that celebration, bringing together students, alumni and the community.

The School Board emphasized that Homecoming represents more than a parade or football game. It reflects the shared history, traditions and lasting connections between Leesville High School and the community.
