Students from Hornbeck High School’s YVC and Leo Club recently partnered on a community service project to support cancer patients receiving treatment at the Mary Bird Cancer Center in Leesville.

Working together, students assembled and donated Cancer Care Bags filled with comfort items intended to brighten patients’ days and provide support during treatment.

The project brought members of both student organizations together to give back to the local community.

Hornbeck High School recognized the students who volunteered their time and efforts to support patients undergoing cancer treatment.
