The City of Leesville Mayor LaFonda Stelly, Councilpersons Phillip Hunt, Fred Carter, Will Anderson and Jessica Herring, along with members of the community and the Patriot Riders, attended services at Central Louisiana Veterans Cemetery to honor Senior Airman David Paul Adamo of the United States Air Force and SP4 Wesley Raines of the United States Army.

The two veterans were laid to rest without family present, but were surrounded by members of the community.

The City of Leesville and the surrounding community remains dedicated to honoring those who have worn the nation’s uniform and ensuring that no veteran is forgotten and no soldier is laid to rest alone.
