Michelle Tinsley, age 26, of Leesville, was arrested on an outstanding Bench Warrant. Bond has not been set and Tinsley remains in the VPSO jail.

Gary Paul Winfree, age 54, of Leesville, was arrested and charged with one count of Simple Battery, one count of Domestic Abuse Battery, one count of Theft of a Motor Vehicle, one count of Resisting an Officer, one count of Reckless Operation of a Vehicle, one count of General Speed Law, one count of Aggravated Burglary / Burglary , one count of Possession of Methamphetamine in Excess of 28 Grams, one count of Possession of A Schedule II Narcotic with the Intent to Distribute, and one count of Possession of a Schedule I Narcotic. Bond has not been set and Winfree remains in the VPSO jail.

Sammy Joe Phillips, age 52, of Leesville, was arrested and charged with one count of Turning Movements and Required Signals and one count of Possession of a Schedule II Narcotic. Bond has not been set and Phillips remains in the VPSO jail.
Brittney Marie Hubbard, age 35, of Leesville, was arrested and charged with one count of Possession of a Schedule II Narcotic. Bond has not been set and Hubbard remains in the VPSO jail.
