Jose Lorenzo Ramos, age 23, of Arlington, Texas, was arrested on an out-of-jurisdiction Bench Warrant from Dallas, Texas. Ramos remains in the Vernon Parish jail awaiting extradition.

Billy Ray Collins, Jr., age 38, of Leesville, was arrested and charged with one count Domestic Abuse Battery. Bond was set at $3500. Collins posted bond and was released.

Garrett Kurt Kuhlow, age 20, of Leesville, was arrested and charged with one count Theft of a Firearm and one count Possession of a Firearm or Carrying of a Concealed Weapon by a Felon. Bond has not been set and Kuhlow remains in the Vernon Parish Jail.

Franklin Delano Garmon, Jr., age 61, of Leesville was arrested on a Bench Warrant for Probation Violation. Bond has not been set and Garmon remains in the Vernon Parish Jail.
