A New Chapter of Leadership at JRTC and Fort Polk

The Joint Readiness Training Center and Fort Polk marked a new chapter in leadership on Oct. 8 as Maj. Gen. Jason Curl relinquished command to Brig. Gen. Matthew Hardman during a change of command ceremony at Warrior Field.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Maj. Gen. Curl and his family for their dedicated service, steadfast leadership and unwavering commitment to our Soldiers, families, civilian workforce and surrounding communities. We wish them continued success and all the best as they begin their next chapter.

We proudly welcome Brig. Gen. Hardman and his family back to Fort Polk! We look forward to the leadership, experience and commitment they bring as we continue our mission of building readiness and forging the Warrior Spirit.
