
The Village of Simpson has announced that Police Chief Ronnie Hagan has graduated from the 2026 Louisiana Law Enforcement Executive Management Institute (LEEMI) Chiefs Academy.
According to the village, the training is mandatory for all newly appointed or elected police chiefs in Louisiana.
Hagan said it was an honor to train alongside police chiefs from agencies across the state and described the knowledge, leadership lessons and professional relationships gained during the academy as invaluable.
He also thanked the staff at the Louisiana State Police Joint Emergency Services Training Center (JESTC) for their professionalism, hospitality and commitment to developing law enforcement leaders.
The Village of Simpson recognized Hagan for his dedication, professionalism, respect and integrity, thanking him for his service to the community and surrounding areas.
