Sheriff Sam Craft of the Vernon Parish Sheriff’s Office announces recent arrests made by VPSO.

May 19, 2026

Daniel Perry Carpenter, age 51, of Leesville, was arrested on an outstanding Bench Warrant. Bond has not been set and Carpenter remains in the VPSO jail.

Hannah Brittian Sander, age 26, of Leesville, was arrested on an outstanding Bench Warrant and one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond has not been set and Sander remains in the VPSO jail.

May 20, 2026

Charles Daniel Lee Carver, age 26, of Lufkin, Texas, was arrested and charged with one count of Disturbing the Peace / Language and one count of Obstructing Public Passages. Bond has not been set and Carver remains in the VPSO jail.
