Pies, sides and more made fresh by NSU culinary students available for Thanksgiving

HMT students Angelisa Dobbins-Taylor, Berenice Juarez and Ryan Villarreal worked to test recipes in NSU’s culinary arts kitchen in advance of preparing orders of pies, dressing, rolls and more available for Thanksgiving.  
Orders are due by Nov. 16.  

Northwestern State University’s Columns Café is hosting a fund raiser and offering scratch-made pies, side dishes and yeast rolls for sale just in time for Thanksgiving. 

The Department of Hospitality Management and Tourism is selling pumpkin pies, pecan pies, Oreo pies, traditional cornbread dressing, sweet potato casserole, spinach and artichoke dip and yeast rolls made by culinary arts students. Orders are due by Nov. 16.  Items will be available for pickup Nov. 18-22.
