Funeral services for Joe Lee Oden, 78, of Leesville, will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, in the First Assembly of God Church of Leesville with Bro. Les Comeaux officiating. Burial will follow in the Old Leesville Cemetery in Leesville.
Visitation will be Wednesday, October 18, 2023, from 12:00 P.M – 2:00 P.M in the church.
Joe was born on February 10,1945, to his parents, Glenn & Nora Oden. He passed away on Friday, October 13, 2023, in Leesville.
Joe is preceded in death by his parents and sisters, Doris Arreolla and Jane Oden.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Marilyn Oden; son, Joe Lee Oden Jr. (Rachelle) of Leesville, La.; daughter, Stacey Oden of Leesville, La.; brother, Glenn Paul Oden; sister, Betty Frances Cezar; grandchildren, Whitney Carver (Corey), Colby Oden, Kevin Nabors Jr., Logan Oden, Kaleb Oden, and Evan Oden.
Those honored to serve as pallbearers are Paul Schmidt, Ron Ennis, Kevin Nabors Jr., Kaleb Oden, Colby Oden, Logan Oden, and Evan Oden. Honorary pallbearers will be Richard Cezar, Gilbert Arreola and David Endsley.
