Northwestern State University’s School of Science, Technical Engineering and Mathematics will host their annual STEM Day Friday, September 29, for area high school students. The School of STEM also includes the Department of Biology and Microbiology, the Department of Engineering Technology, the Division of Mathematics, the Department of Physical Science, and the Department of Veterinary Technology.
Local students in grades 9-12 have opportunities to meet faculty, fellow students, and learn about degree programs and scholarships. STEM Day will take place in Bienvenu Hall on the NSU campus in Natchitoches from 8 a.m. – noon.
